My name is Asia. I’m a mother of two daughters and a yoga teacher with my heart in India and my soul in Thailand. Classes with care for you.
I lead yoga classes for pregnant women, postpartum mothers, and anyone who wants to feel like themselves again – calmly, without pressure.
