A complete online prenatal yoga course—23 guided video practices, divided into stages, that guide you through your pregnancy from the beginning to labor and delivery, and prepare for it. Calm movement, breathing, and a moment for yourself—practice at home, at your own pace.

Description

This course is one coherent path of practice for pregnant women who want to prepare their bodies and minds for childbirth calmly and consciously—without pressure and without “perfect patterns.”

The practices are guided step by step, in a gentle and clear manner—even for women who have never practiced yoga before. The course supports you through movement, breathing, and stillness—right where you are.

During pregnancy, your body and well-being can change from day to day.

The practices also provide support when you experience nausea, fatigue, back tension, sleep problems, heaviness, or emotional overload.

It’s calm movement and breathing that help bring relief, relaxation, and more comfort to everyday life, without straining your body.
