The program guides you step-by-step through the recovery process, focusing on the foundations: breathing, stabilization, and deep strengthening. The postpartum period is a time of great change, and returning to fitness requires a special approach.
In this program, you will find support in tackling the typical challenges of early motherhood, such as back tension from carrying your baby, weakened abdominal muscles, shoulder pain, or the need for mental calm.
This is a practice that helps you feel confident in your own body, regain control of your core, and bring relief to your spine during daily responsibilities.
How is the course structured?
The course consists of 4 modules that form a logical ladder for your recovery — from breathing to more dynamic yoga.
Program structure includes:
- 8 guided video sessions (medical training and yoga),
- Practices focused on specific areas: pelvic floor, abdomen, back, and hips,
- Bonus mental support in the form of relaxation.
As a result, you receive a comprehensive system: safe movement physiotherapy combined with a moment of regeneration for your mind.
Module 1: Postpartum Foundations
A calm entry into the recovery process, focusing on:
- learning 360° breathing,
- gentle activation of the deep core through pelvic work,
- reducing tension and restoring freedom of movement in the chest and spine.
Module 2: Stabilization and Hips
Building a solid foundation and stability that provides strength:
- activation of the glutes and the posterior chain,
- support for the pelvic floor,
- rebuilding the brain-muscle connection through controlled movements in lying positions.
Module 3: Abs and Back After Pregnancy
Targeted strengthening and immediate relief:
- releasing shoulders and neck (“mom back” from feeding and carrying),
- safe activation of the transverse abdominis muscle (TVA),
- opening the chest and gently strengthening the thoracic spine.
Module 4: Inner Strength
Returning to fuller fitness and energy:
- strengthening yoga flow (legs, hips, core),
- work on balance and spinal mobility,
- gentle preparation of the body for increased physical activity.
